Washington D.C. – House Financial Services Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee Chairman Sean Duffy (WI-07) held a hearing today on the Administration-led program, “Operation Choke Point”. FDIC Chairman Martin Gruenberg fielded questions from the committee’s Members about his agency’s involvement in the program.

Rep. Duffy, addressing his comments to Chairman Gruenberg said: “The bottom line is, you’re putting innocent people out of business and all of the people at the FDIC who are implementing this program still work there. They haven’t been fired and they haven’t been reprimanded.”
