Washington D.C. – U.S. Representative Sean Duffy (WI-07) will host his fourth annual Hunger & Homeless Summit on December 12th in Rothschild, WI. This year’s summit will feature an interactive presentation on Rep. Duffy’s forthcoming “Rural Revival” legislative initiative.
An announcement about keynote speakers is forthcoming, but registration is open now! 7th District business and community leaders who work on the front lines of, or have an interest in, combatting rural poverty are encouraged to attend.
Washington D.C. – Representative Sean Duffy (WI-07) urged U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack, to heed Governor Scott Walker’s request to assist farmers who suffered crop losses as a result of heavy rains and flooding in July in Ashland, Bayfield and Iron counties, all of which reside in the 7th Congressional District. Rep. Sean Duffy Blasts Obama Administration’s Proposed Fiduciary Rule
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Sean Duffy (WI-07) spoke out against the Obama Administration’s proposed fiduciary rule on the House floor Thursday. The rule, proposed by the Department of Labor, would amend the definition of “fiduciary” under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code.

Hudson, WI – U.S. Representative Sean Duffy’s team is once again putting on a job fair in Barron County on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 11:00am – 3:00pm at the Conference Center on the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College campus in Rice Lake; Veterans are encouraged to attend between 10:00 – 11:00am. Congressman Duffy, once again, plans to host a Job Fair in Rice Lake on April 4th, 2017 in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Barron County Job Center, Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, and the Wisconsin Department of Veteran Affairs.
